Inspirova is a UK-based software and services company. We are the data controller for personal data collected through this website (www.inspirova.co.uk).

We collect personal data in two ways on this site:

• Contact form — your name, email address, and the message you submit. This is collected when you choose to contact us via the form on our /contact page.
• Notify me form — your email address only. This is collected when you register interest in an upcoming Inspirova product and ask us to notify you at launch.

We do not use cookies for tracking or advertising. We do not collect data automatically beyond what is standard in server access logs (see section 5).

We use the personal data we collect solely for the purpose it was given:

• Contact form submissions — to read and respond to your enquiry. We will not add you to a mailing list or use your contact details for any other purpose without your consent.
• Notify me registrations — to send you a single notification email when the product you expressed interest in becomes available. You will not receive ongoing marketing from us unless you separately opt in.

Under UK GDPR, our legal basis for processing your personal data is legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f)) — specifically, to respond to direct enquiries you initiate and to fulfil the product notification you explicitly requested. For notify me registrations, we also rely on your consent (Article 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time by emailing hello@inspirova.co.uk.

We use the following third-party services that may process your personal data:

• Vercel(hosting and infrastructure) — this website is hosted on Vercel's platform. Vercel may collect standard server access logs (IP address, browser type, referring URL, pages visited) for security and operational purposes. See Vercel's Privacy Policy.
• Resend (email delivery) — contact form submissions and notify me confirmations are delivered via Resend, a transactional email service. Your email address is passed to Resend solely to deliver the relevant message. See Resend's Privacy Policy.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any other third parties.

• Contact form submissions — retained for up to 2 years from the date of receipt, or until the enquiry is resolved, whichever is sooner. We may need to refer back to correspondence when managing an ongoing relationship.
• Notify me email addresses — retained until the relevant product launches and the notification email has been sent, at which point your address is deleted from the notify list. If a product is cancelled, we will delete all collected addresses within 30 days of that decision.

Under UK GDPR you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Right of access — request a copy of the data we hold about you.
• Right to rectification — ask us to correct inaccurate data.
• Right to erasure — ask us to delete your data.
• Right to restrict processing — ask us to limit how we use your data.
• Right to data portability — request your data in a portable format.
• Right to object — object to processing based on legitimate interests.
• Right to withdraw consent — withdraw consent at any time (where processing is consent-based).

To exercise any of these rights, email us at hello@inspirova.co.uk. We will respond within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of England and Wales. We comply with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR).

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the “last updated” date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
